Freddy Flores is Chief Executive Officer of PPC Remodeling, a family owned remodeling business focused on customer satisfaction and quality. Freddy Flores began PPC Remodeling with his father, Paulino Pedroza, after years of experience in construction and other remodeling en-devours they noticed that companies were worried more about the money they were making than the quality and customer satisfaction.

Freddy is a 22-year-old Pike High School alumni from the class of 2014. After high school, he decided to continue learning and gaining experience in his father’s field of work, while also furthering his career at Beef and Boards Dinner Theatre where he was promoted to supervisor at the age of 17. More recently, after choosing to go into business with his father he enrolled at Ivy Tech Community College in order to further his education in Business. Upon graduating from Ivy Tech he plans on transferring to Kelley School of Business to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Business and to continue his career in Entrepreneurship.
