Paulino Pedroza

Paulino Pedroza is full of experience. Beginning in his early 20s, Mr. Pedroza began his career in construction in California where he worked for Campus Environmental. After a few years, he decided to make the move to Indianapolis in search of something new. In Indianapolis, he spent years working for companies such as Gibson Lewis, PCI, Circle B, General Interior, and the Union of Carpenters. While working at these various companies he acquired a vast amount of knowledge in his field making him a top choice for anyone looking to remodel their home.

Mr. Pedroza is a very hard working individual who takes his craft very seriously in order to provide the highest quality work to his clients.

When it comes to his family life, Mr. Pedroza makes sure he provides for every member of his family. When he decided to move to Indianapolis he had a family first mindset, leading him to excel in anything he did at the companies he worked with. He is a proud father of six boys and two girls, and a loving husband.

Currently, his eldest son currently works at Airtron, a heating and cooling contractor based in Beech Grove. The second eldest is currently studying architecture at Ivy Tech before he transfers to Ball State in the fall. He is followed by two more who both work in the Kitchen of their respective restaurants. They are both followed by Freddy Flores, whom Mr. Pedroza plans to heir his business to, naming him the CEO of the company this year. They are all followed by Jesus Flores, he on track to graduate from Pike High School in 2018, after high school, he plans on pursuing a degree in Business Analytics at Kelley School of Business at IU Bloomington.
